Please double check that your swimmer is registered for the 2026 USA Swimming season. All swimmers must have the 2026 icon by their name to practice in 2026 and to enter meets. There are meets that must be entered before January 1 and swimmers must have their renewal completed before entering. Parents, Please arrive no later than 7:15am on Saturday morning. Warmups start promtply at 7:30am for 13 and Over., 8:15 for 12 and Under. Your swimmer needs time to set up their chair and get their things settled, cap and goggles on and report to the warmup lanes. Please be sure your swimmer has a chair, parka, sweatsuit, and team t-shirt to wear to stay warm between events, two towels (one is not enough), drinks and something to do between events. Three things that swimmers need to be sure to bring to practice along with their equipment bag: Water Bottle Towel Parka All three are very important for your swimmer to have the optimal practice. Eventhough, it is cooler, swimmers are still sweating while they workout. Hydration is very important for optimal muscle performance. They need to dry off all the water before putting on their parka. All swimmers who have not renewed their USA registration for the 2026 season received an email from USA Swimming yesterday. Please take the time and register your swimmer today! There are meets on our schedules that have entries due in December and the meet is in January. Your swimmer must already have the 26 patch by their name to enter these meets. Please double check that your swimmer's first and last name are on all of their equipment. We have equipment that we cannot return as there is no name on the equipment. All equipent with names we do our best to return to the owner. Use a black permanent marker to mark all equipment. If missing equipment, please be sure to replace it as we use everything every day.
