WOW Hot Chocolate Jamoboree Meet Information for Saturday, Dec 13

Jennie Lou Leeder

Parents,

Please arrive no later than 7:15am on Saturday morning. Warmups start promtply at 7:30am for 13 and Over., 8:15 for 12 and Under.  Your swimmer needs time to set up their chair and get their things settled, cap and goggles on and report to the warmup lanes.

Please be sure your swimmer has a chair, parka, sweatsuit, and team t-shirt to wear to stay warm between events, two towels (one is not enough), drinks and something to do between events. Team swimsuits should be worn to the pool. Be sure you have your team swimcap too!  No blankets to sit on the floor as there is not enough room, bring chairs only.  We will be sitting across the pool at the end of the bulkhead .

Please be sure to mark your Bronze, Silver and Gold swimmers with a permanent marker it should read E for event number, H for their heat number, L for their lane assignment. You may write beside the last number what the event is, example below:

E  H   L

1   2   6   50 free

6   9   3   200IM

Please be sure to write this where the swimmers can read it. Meaning it needs to face their body on their arms.
If you have any questions please email [email protected]

Thank you,
Coach Jennie Lou
