Towels, Parkas and Water Bottles

Three things that swimmers need to be sure to bring to practice along with their equipment bag:

Water Bottle

Towel

Parka

All three are very important for your swimmer to have the optimal practice. Eventhough, it is cooler, swimmers are still sweating while they workout. Hydration is very important for optimal muscle performance. They need to dry off all the water before putting on their parka. They need a parka, sweathshirt and pants, something to put on after swimming and drying off to get and stay warm. Parkas may be purchased at Swim Freak in the Brodie Oaks Shopping Center. Please be sure to put your swimmer's name on the parka by embrodery or written in the collar.  We still have a new XXS parka in the lost and found, that was left at practice 4 weeks ago.
