All Swimmers Must Be Registered For The New Season to Attend Practice on Monday, August 18
Parents,
Swimmers must be registered with Circle C for the 2025/26 season to attend practice on August 18, 2025. Swimmers must be registered by midnight of the day before they plan to attend practice.
This will be steps 2 and 3 below. Please WAIT to complete step 4, USA Registration until Sept 1, when USA Swim turns on the registration link for renewals. USA Swim takes the count of our team for the season with registrations on Sept 1. Please do not wait till Dec to renew. Please check that your swimmer has all their equipment and their name is clearly marked on all equipment. Water bottles are mandatory at all practices. Also, check your Team Unify account to make sure your email is correct. If you have any questions please e-mail [email protected].
Please register your swimmer for their Group with the steps listed below. You will be charged the annual registration fee of $85 as well as this month's tuition. Monthly tuition will be drafted on the 1st of the month moving forward.
Step 1: Tryout. This step has already been completed!
Step 2: Circle C Select Swim Team Payment and Policy Agreement Form. Fill out the form found here.
Step 3: Log in/Create a TeamUnify account. Complete the TeamUnify registration form found here, the Athlete Abuse Prevention form, and Safe Sport form found here. A walkthrough on how to log in/create a TeamUnify account can be found here. Other helpful articles on setting up an account, adding people to the account etc can be found here. If you have been on our team in the past, you already have a TeamUnify account. Please do NOT make a second account. Use the password recovery option to log into your account.
Step 4:USA Swimming Registration. If you are transferring from another team please go into your account and transfer your swimmer to CCSS. You will not need to create a new USA account. All returning swimmers please renew your registration for your swimmer for the 2025-26 season on September 1, 2025, using the new link that will be sent out that morning.
If a new swimmer please create a USA Swimming account for you (the parent) by using this link. Add your swimmer to the account and pay the registration fee. You can find helpful articles on how to create an account here and adding your swimmer to the account here.
Please make sure you verify your athlete’s personal information and use their legal first, middle and last names. Also verify that your athlete’s birthday is correct.

Swimmers will enter through the Swim Center Office, give their name and swim team level to the Front Desk to be checked in.
Parents/siblings will also need to be checked in by name. Anyone outside of your household entering the facility for practice will need to fill out the guest registration form and pay the guest fee. Grandparents of Resident swimmers do not need to pay this fee.
Swimmers will bring full water bottles.
If your swimmer is missing equipment please visit Swim Freak (4032 S. Lamar Blvd Ste 500, Austin, TX 78704) and purchase what is needed. Please be sure that all equipment is marked with your swimmer’s name.
General Policies
• The registration process will be 100% paper-free and digital. Registration for Select Swim Team will take place online.
• Monthly Registration - All monthly tuition will be drafted on the 1st of the month.
• To cancel, the Select Swim Team Withdrawal form must be submitted by the 25th of the month prior. The form can be found here.
• Swim meet fees will be charged on the 1st of the month with tuition.
